KookieJar, a.k.a Near-Miss-Fortune Cookies: Signature randomizer and generator for email and news clients. Kookie Jar is a Windows 95/98 application that generates signatures which you may use with your favorite email or news program. Signatures typically include a random quote, or tagline, chosen from a file that you specify (samples are included with the program). However, the program will work fine without random quotes, too.
